We collect the name and email address you voluntarily provide in the newsletter form, as well as technical navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you communications about real estate crowdlending projects, industry news, statistical analysis of site usage, and to comply with legal obligations before the Agency for Access to Public Information.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on the free, express and informed consent you give when submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest for internal analysis and site security.
5. Retention and transfers
We keep your data as long as your subscription remains active. We do not transfer your data outside Argentina except to technology providers with adequate protection levels as provided by AAIP Provision 60/2016.
