These Terms and Conditions govern the use of werolvia.com, operated by Werolvia S.A.S., registered at IGJ under N° 4589, Book 12 of Joint-Stock Companies.
1. Purpose of the site
werolvia.com is an informational site whose purpose is to present Werolvia S.A.S.'s real estate crowdlending proposal in the Argentine Republic and to collect newsletter subscriptions. It does not constitute a public offering of securities under Law 26,831.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the site freely, provided you do so for lawful purposes, respecting these terms and without interfering with the operation of the service.
3. Intellectual property
The contents, brands, logos, images and texts are the property of Werolvia S.A.S. or its licensors. Their reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
4. Limitation of liability
Werolvia S.A.S. does not guarantee specific returns. Any real estate investment involves risks derived from the market, construction and the economic conditions of Argentina.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
